2. The student who is eligible for first- or second-class honors must
meet the following criteria:

A. The student must not have failed any course completed at the
university or any other university. This also includes visiting and
transferred student.

B. The student must have completed all graduation requirements by
the median time between the maximum and minimum limits for
completing the degree program, as a maximum.

C. The student must have completed 60% or more of the graduation
requirements at the university from which they are graduating

Article 40
The University Council may present a different grading system after
the approval of the Council for Universities Affairs.
