Article 21
If one or more members of the Student Conduct Committee
participate or become part of controlling the violation
under consideration, he or she must not participate when
considering the violation. Additionally, any member of the
Student Conduct Committee may request exemption from
considering a violation if a moral impediment prevents him or
her from participating in its consideration. In both cases, the
competent authority has the right to include the appropriate
alternative to the membership of the Conduct Committee
during the consideration of a violation -if needed-.
