Chapter 9




                             General Provisions






             Article 28
             The  Student  Conduct  Committee  shall  submit  its
             recommendations to the Vice President for Academic Affairs,
             which-- after approval-- shall be referred to the competent
             authorities to impose them, save them in the student's file,
             and announce them on any of the university's media platforms
             in a manner that does not reveal the identity of the violator.

             Article 29
             In  the  event  of  suspension,  the  student  is  prevented  from
             benefiting from the student services and activities provided
             by the university during the penalty period.

             Article 30
             The student may apply to the University Council to reconsider
             the disciplinary decision issued against him or her to impose
             the penalty of dismissal from the university after at least three
             years of the date of its issuance. The University Council may
             reconsider the decision, provided that he/ she will rejoin the
             university as a new student.
