either prior to or concurrently with the primary major, within
the approved duration of the primary program. The University
Council may permit an extension of up to two additional
semesters to fulfill the requirements of the other major, as a
maximum.
E. Students are required to participate in the Cooperative
Training Program for their primary major specialization only.
F. If a summer training program (Internship) is available in both
majors, students are required to choose only one, based on
the recommendations of the two Colleges’ Councils.
3. Upon successful completion of all required courses and obtaining
the required GPA for each academic degree, the student will
receive one graduation certificate from their primary college.
However, the other major will be recorded in their academic
transcript and certificate.
4. Except as explicitly stated in these regulations, all other
university regulations for programs apply to students pursuing
a double major.
D. Regulations for Minor Programs:
1. When designing a minor program, it must be ensured that the
number of credit hours allocated to it is not less than 15% of
the total credit hours of the relevant program. These hours must
fall within the college or program requirements and shall not
include university requirements or elective courses. Shared
credit hours between the primary major and the minor may be
counted, provided they do not exceed a maximum of 6 credit
hours.
2. Students may choose a minor program, subject to the following
regulations:
A. The minor program must be different from the student’s
primary specialization and must be offered by a different
college or academic department.
B. Students may apply for a minor program if they have a
cumulative GPA of no less than 2.25 and have completed at
