Transfer from One Major to Another within the College
Article 48
A student may transfer from one major to another within a college, in accordance with
the rules established by the University Council.
The Rules of Implementation for Article 48
1. A student may transfer from one major to another within his/her college at any
time prior to his/her completion of the sixth academic level. The College Council,
however, may consider exceptional cases where students already have completed
the sixth level.
2. The transfer process is recorded in the student’s academic record at the
beginning of the semester following the transfer.
3. A student is allowed a maximum of two transfers from one major to another
within the same college. The College Council, however, may consider exceptional
cases.
Article 49
All courses that have been studied by a student who has transferred from one major to
another are recorded in his/her academic record, including the grades and the semester
and cumulative GPAs obtained throughout his/her study at the University.
