Chapter 3
Transfer and Equalization
Article 23
The transfer of a student from outside the University may be accepted
after the approval of the Deanship of Admission and Registration
under the following conditions:
1. The university or the educational institution where the student
previously studied, whether inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, must hold a valid license by the relevant authority in the
country of study.
2. The student must not have been dismissed from the university they
were transferred from for disciplinary reasons.
3. The student must meet any additional transfer requirements
determined by the University Council.
The Rule of Implementation for Article 23
The transfer of a student from outside the university may be accepted
after the approval of the Deanship of Admission and Registration
under the following conditions
1. The student’s previous college or university must have been
recommended by the Saudi Ministry of Education at the time of the
study.
2. If it becomes evident after a student’s transfer that he/she was
dismissed for disciplinary reasons, his/her enrollment is considered
cancelled from the date of acceptance of their transfer to the
university. No refund of course fees will be given.
3. The student must meet the admission requirements set by the
university for incoming transfer students.
