Chapter 2
Objectives and Validity of the By-Law
Article 2
The aim of this by-law is to organize the study and examination
mechanisms and procedures at the university. Its purpose is to achieve
high efficiency and quality in the educational process and academic
procedures for the post-high school stage.
Article 3
The provisions outlined in this by-law are applicable to universities
that implement the Higher Education Council’s system, as issued by
Royal Decree No. (M/8) on 4/6/1414 H, as well as universities that
implement the Universities’ System, as issued by Royal Decree No.
(M/27) on 2/3/1441 H.
