The Rule of Implementation for Article 55
If the Masters student passed away after the approval of his/her
graduation project, he/she shall be granted the Master’s degree.
Similarly, if the doctoral student passed away after finishing the
comprehensive exam and the approval of his/her thesis proposal, he/
she shall be granted the degree.

Article 56
The Vise President or Competent Deputy shall submit the
recommendation for granting the degree to the University Council to
decide.
