4. Add or drop any course or withdraw from a semester in
accordance to the approved regulations, policies and
procedures in force in the Deanship of Admissions and
Registration, and according to the dates specified in
the academic calendar, and as stipulated in the Study
and Examination Regulations and their corresponding
implementation rules.

5. Have access to various student services and activities
provided by the university in accordance with the
university’s regulating policy.
6. Have access to primary health services provided by a clinic
within the university.
7. Have access to psychological and social counseling services.
8. Obtain scholarships, incentives and rewards provided
by the university in accordance with the Scholarship
Department rules and regulations in the university.
9. Maintain complete confidentiality to the contents of the
student’s university file unless the contents are requested
by an official body inside or outside the university in
accordance with university policy and regulations.

10. Participate in the evaluation of the faculty member,
courses, and the efficiency of services and facilities in
accordance with the university’s rules and regulations.
11. Have access to view and retain a copy of the student Code
of Conduct upon enrollment, and subsequent request.
