The Women in Data Science(WiDS) forum is organized by Prince Sultan University(PSU) in collaboration with Stanford University. It aims to foster interest and professional participation by women in not only data science but also in engineering and computer science. PSUxStanford WiDS will bring together high profile international researchers and industry pioneers.
Prince Sultan University (PSU) is the WiDS Ambassador for Stanford and the forum aims to showcase the latest data scientific research and practices in the Middle East.
The forum aims to promote exchange of ideas, encourage mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Notably, PSU is the first university to address data science in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in partnership with the Stanford Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering @ Stanford. Guest speakers will include regional and international female data scientists in academia, corporations, and start-ups.
This is a global event represented by PSU in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
