Mandatory conditions when using the user account

Terms of use:
- Students user accounts are to be used for the educational propose only.

- After the first login, the user should change the default password, with a password of his own.

- illegal uses e.g. Hacking, Attacking, cursing, mudding, viewing or saving pornography files, will be detected immediately by the Network Monitoring System. The illegal uses will cause the student to be held accountable and may be subject to disciplinary actions that may include ending use of resources or even dismissal from the university.

- In case a student spreading his password, this means he is authorizing other people to use an account which he is responsible for all the activities that go on it and all the data that is saved under it.

- It is not allowed for a student to use an account which belongs to another student, even for an educational propose.

- The student should be responsible for the privacy and confidentiality of his user password, and he should never let any one copy or use it. Excuses will not be accepted for this.

- It is not allowed to send e-mails to a large number of receivers, and in case of breaking this point, the sender user account will be blocked automatically, then he needs to contact the ITCC to see how he can reactivate his user account again.

- When the user is done with using his account he must log off from the machine, so he can protect his user account from external use.
