Teaching Policy

I like to learn new ideas and practice using various approaches. I like to teach students, make them practice, set goals of achievement and enjoy when they feel having accomplished goal(s). To me, personal satisfaction comes when a student learns a concept, analyses the problem, assesses solutions and presents the best solution in a creative manner. I like to emphasize on practice in the home-works and projects I give. After all practice makes perfect. I strive to offer feedback at the earliest so the students can learn from their shortcomings.

The rate of change in knowledge today is extraordinary. Teaching my students to be lifelong learners is vital. This is especially true in Computer Science. For me as a teacher, improving my teaching skills is an important part of my lifelong learning. In this spirit, I like to periodically ask my students for feedback during a course and try to adapt to the students learning requirements.
